We know how important it is for us all to keep fit so join us for an accessible fitness session designed to help people get fit and active through fun, adaptable workouts that you can do at home.

What To Do host, Ted, will guide participants through an easy to follow fitness routine.

No gym membership? No problem! This fitness session is FREE and the perfect way for you to get moving from the comfort of your own space, at a pace that suits you.

How Do I Join An Experience?

What To Do experiences are hosted on Zoom, accessible through our ‘Experiences’ home page. To join an experience, click “More Details” on the event and choose either “Add to my calendar” to set a reminder or “Join via Zoom” or simply click here as the experience is about to start!

You will enter a waiting room. Once we are ready, you will be admitted to the event, so get ready for an amazing experience!
